Visas options for skilled people & recent graduates to work/live in Australia temporarily or permenantly include General Skilled Migration (independent or state/territory/relative sponsored), 457 visas, Regional Sponsore Migration Scheme (RSMS) (119/857 visas) and Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) (121/856 visas). All GSM visas require an occupation on the current Skilled Occupation List. 457, ENS and RSMS visas require qualified employer sponsorship.
- Business People
For qualified business owners, senior executives or investors to apply for permanent resident visas of Australia. The applicants can be overseas or in Australia. Some visa types require state or territory sponsorship.
- Family & Partners
If you have a family member (child, parent) or a spouse, de facto partner, or fiance(e) in Australia, you may be qualified for an Australian family or partner visa. Partner visas can be applied in Australia (onshore 820 visa) or outsite of Australia (offshore 309 visa). My fiancé and I used the services of ACE Visas Australia throughout 2011 and into 2012.
